PIECES OF SILENCE

This series and the installation center around a large ink drawing in the form of a triptych. The objects in the exhibition space and the walldrawings refer to elements of the ink drawings. The central theme was a kind of vanitas-motif, with the trees and plants in the drawings getting cut and reworked into other shapes and forms. It was first shown at the Art Cologne Art Fair 2009 in the sponsorship program "New Positions" and later on at Charim Ungar gallery in Berlin.
