CRISIS

According to the dictionary the word "crisis" stems from "krisis", which was generally used to describe a difficult and dangerous situation or the turning point of a decisive situation. If one grasps a crisis as the basis for a decision among several possible variables that range in a context of the artistic process from the condition of the work to its potential for identifying with, then one understands that the artist has to deliberately create a work that is capable of emancipation as the power of the impersonal and of the nonhuman.
